Membership
Fifteen (15) local school districts and Richmond Model Lab School comprise the membership of Wilderness Trail  Educational Cooperative (WTEC). The board of directors, which is the decision making body of the cooperative, is comprised of member districts' superintendents or their designees. The governing board adopts policies and procedures related to organizational structure and function, operation, administration and supervision, use of funds, reporting, and annual application and program evaluation.
